Saizeriya is a popular family restaurant chain in Japan.
It is known for affordable Italian-style dishes. When I wrote this article, peperoncino and doria cost about 300 yen each, and a glass of wine cost about 100 yen. Prices may change, so please check the current menu.
For me, restaurants like Saizeriya are a fun way to enjoy eating out without spending much. That is especially nice during early retirement.
