There is a wonderful Internet cafe in Japan called "Kaikatsu Club".
Internet and manga are available, and the drink bar, soft serve ice cream, and breakfast (bread and french fries) are free.
My favorite part is the showers.
I like to travel by car, so I often use hot springs.
The clubs are located all over Japan and are available 24 hours a day.
The other day I spent 30 minutes for only $1.46 (180 yen).
I got a cup of coffee, took a shower, and for $1.46!
