I received training in sign language.There are very few senior citizen homes for the Deaf in Japan.Is it the same in other countries?
Staff who can sign are important for senior housing for the Deaf.
However, few nurses and caregivers can sign, and it is difficult to secure human resources.
I am a nurse and a sign language interpreter, so I would like to be able to contribute in this field in the future.I would like to start with a small nursing care service, because it would require a lot of money to build a facility.
