In September, I made a reservation at a fine French restaurant in Tokyo.It is a 3 Michelin star restaurant that I have wanted to visit for a long time.It was on my bucket list and I was finally able to make a reservation.

However, I am not very confident in my table manners, so I need to practice them well 🤣.Today we learned how to eat salad and soup.

  • Leafy greens should be folded
  • Beans should be placed on a fork.
  • Small tomatoes are held with a knife
  • The French way of drinking soup is to scoop it with a spoon from the back to the front.

I am looking forward to going to the restaurant, but I am also enjoying my days practicing for it!
