On a rare occasion, I spent some time alone with my older sister over lunch. Usually, my niece and other family members are around, so we are never alone.
Today, my niece was at daycare, so my sister and I were able to spend some time alone.
We were able to spend some time talking about the future and family matters, and we seemed to enjoy each other's company very much.
It was a good day.
