We made a Japanese dish called "Okonomiyaki".
It is a simple dish consisting of flour, water, cabbage, yams, pork, etc., and baked. It is very tasty when served with sauce.
It is famous in the Kansai region, and there are many restaurants in Osaka.
I enjoyed making it on the stove.
