I drink cocoa every day for my health.It is rich in polyphenols and many studies have shown that it is good for your health.

However, I do not recommend commercial cocoa because it contains a lot of sugar.I drink a tablespoon of pure cocoa mixed with hot water.

To be honest, cocoa with sugar tastes better than cocoa without.But once you get used to it, you can drink it like black coffee.
I recommend cocoa, it tastes good even when mixed with unflavored protein
