I have been sober for 4 months and sometimes my appetite gets out of control and I overeat.
To prevent this, I'm trying to figure out what causes it.

  • Stress.
  • Lack of sleep
  • Processed food intake
  • Excessive salt or fat intake
  • Lack of protein
  • Lack of exercise
  • Easiness to snack between meals (e.g., having sweets at home)

There are many more, but I would like to take care of these first.
Sleep well, exercise and have fun.
Do not put anything bad for your health in your house.
I will take care of my lifestyle, such as taking in protein actively.
